What does 100 - 0 mean?
Digital Goals operates upon the premise that "competitive advantage isn't an advantage at all." We take on health care clients that we identify as potential leaders in their specialties and then build them a digital dominance strategy that is designed to blow their local competition away in terms of patient acquisition and profitability.
100 - 0 is a way of saying "let's run the score up on our Elite 300 clients' opponents." No mercy. Winner takes all.
What size practices does Digital Goals help?
Digital Goals, Inc. generally provides HIPAA compliant Internet marketing services for practices and health care companies with revenue approaching or exceeding $1 million annually. Our target client has been in business for at least three years with annual revenue of $1 million or greater. Our goal of helping to double revenue within 36 months is projected to work best in the $1 million to $3 million range; though, we will evaluate helping companies larger than this to produce a plan for somewhat less dramatic, but still-impressive incremental gains in revenue and profitability.
Will Digital Goals "price-match" competition?
We select the practices that we partner with very carefully to ensure our fees are not overly burdensome to cash flow in the initial months of the engagement. That said, our services are generally very competetively priced. We do not negotiate our fee, especially in light of the additional revenue our solution is designed to drive. Done properly, our services pay for themselves very quickly.
Does Digital Goals require a contract for SEO?
We do. At minimum, we want to engage our clients for 12 months; however, we generally build out a 36 month revenue growth strategy that we track jointly with our health care clients through our advanced analytics platform and monthly strategy sessions. Digital Goals is a technology company run by economists who know that technology implemented for technology's sake is dumb. We only care about getting our clients more patient-procedures at higher profit margins.
If we cannot see a clear vision of potentially at least doubling a client's revenue within 36 months, we do not take the client.
Does Digital Goals offer geographic exclusivity?
Absolutely. In fact, we find it the ONLY ethical way to do business. We will not take on a health care client that is operating within the same geography within the same specialty as an existing client.
Can Digital Goals guarantee Page One Google Rankings?
No. If a digital agency is telling you that they can "guarantee" Page One rankings in Google, be very skeptical. Google's algorithm changes frequently (often daily), and the specifics of the algorithm changes are not disclosed to the public. A top ranking today may not be a top ranking tomorrow, which is why Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services should be performed and billed on a monthly basis, instead of a one-time-fee.
There is no "silver-bullet" for a Page One Google ranking. It takes a tremendous amount of hard work, technology and human resources to obtain and maintain a top rank.
I've been burned before; how do I know that Digital Goals is different?
We do not charge for initial consultations. We will evaluate the current state of your practice in an honest, straightforward fashion. One major difference between us and our competition is that we don't agree to take every client in the health care market. We take client selection, onboarding and build-out very seriously. If we review the economics of your practice and determine that we cannot help grow your revenue by at least an order-of-magnitude within a 3 year period, we will politely decline to take your practice as a client.
Some clients come to us after having hired an "inexpensive" or "cheap" SEO company that used illegal or unethical techniques to get the client's site to rank for a short amount of time- until Google identified the method and then penalized the client. We can remediate these issues, but it generally takes an extensive amount of time and a lot of hard work. Anyone who tells you otherwise may just be looking for a quick payday. Call us first.
Will Digital Goals guarantee that they will triple my practice revenue in 36 months?
We do not take a client if we cannot see a way to help them triple their revenue within 36 months; however, we cannot guarantee this for the simple reason that we are not in control of what happens within the client's core practice. We can only make recommendations and implement technologically-sound-best-practices.
We will use metrics and monthly strategy calls to ensure the client is on the right path, tracking to their ultimate revenue goal. If for whatever reason, a client changes the direction of his or her practice, we can evaluate the continuity of the our contract to see if our services are in the contintued best interest of the client.
Our goal will always be to help clients triple revenue within 36 months. Execution is a two-way-street.
